my teen daughters and I were in town to see Hamilton. we don’t often travel alone. we had a ton of questions for Scott at the front desk and he was very gracious. he recommended The Alamo for a movie and told which way to walk, assuring us we would be safe on our own. he told us we could call the hotel at any time if we felt u safe and someone would pick us up. He watched for us to get back safely and just went above and beyond to care for us.

The hotel was impeccably clean.
Negatives:
I wish there were more vegetarian options.. I felt uncomfortable with the possible cross contamination of meat items, especially pork.
Also, I wish there was a non valet parking option.

EVERY staff member was wonderful! The valet gentlemen were kind and quick. The front desk staff were helpful and super accommodating to every need and friendly to our excited kids. The cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly. The breakfast cook was so quick and made delicious food. One of the best stays our family of 6 has ever had. A great experience for us and our 4 kids under the age of 10!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was much better than many I've had at other hotels. Staff was very friendly and eager to help for the most part. The beds were very comfortable just as described on the website.
Negatives:
We didn't have enough towels in our room for everyone. We asked for a couple more at the front desk and were told they would be right up. After 45 minutes, we called back down and were told again that they were coming right up with them, but they never showed. My wife and I had to share a towel!
Location is in a nice spot but can hear everything going on in town, making it difficult to sleep.
