Positives:
We loved the spacious room, and super comfortable beds and comforter. The complimentary snacks were a really nice to touch, especially when traveling with so many kids. The breakfast was lavish and had lots of variety. It had something for everyone. Very classy and comfortable stay.
Negatives:
The valet parking only option. I would like some other option than expensive valet parking to stay at the hotel. The valet people were very nice, but it adds an extra $50 to your stay.

The room was spacious. The complimentary drinks in the evening and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic.
Negatives:
The hot tube was broken. The pool was full of children at 8pm. Having to pay for valet not knowing there wasn't any free parking with the hotel.

The pool the rules I had two rooms I paid $956 for two rooms with two humongous polls in each room so basically we had a third of a room my grandson got up off the pull up bed in the middle of the night and walked into the pole, causing a bloody nose The most awful room I’ve ever stayed at any Embassy suites in my entire life

To be honest, the pool...
Positives:
Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Check-in and checkout were super fast. Our room was clean and bigger than expected. I love that they offer drinks and snacks in the evening. Was very nice to have a hot breakfast with the option of having your own omelet made. The price was more reasonable than some other hotels, and the Embassy had better ratings and reviews. The hotel is within walking distance to Busch Stadium, which is why we were there.
Negatives:
I do not really have any complaints. Water pressure could have been a little stronger, but it was definitely manageable.

Sure. Upon arrival our room was not ready we had to wait an hour to check into the room. When we finally got to the room it seemed as if house keeping rushed it was hair in my sheets. Strands of hair in between the sheets I literally pulled out the bed and that was weird.That bathroom tub was clogged so the water was not running out and took forever to go down so we were taking a shower and a foot bath. Then the tile in the shower was missing which was weird. The toilet had something sitting in the toilet that didn't flush out and I'm sure if you went to the room right now you will see. We came there to celebrate our 40th birthday and the stay wasn't what we expected.
