Having the kitchen with a full fridge, with 2 burners and a microwave. I also noticed that a lot of families live here, which tells me that it's affordable.
Negatives:
They really didn't have breakfast. Only coffee and 3 kinds of oatmeal. So definitely, should take off that they offer breakfast.
Left a bag of towels outside my room door until the next day.

People clearly smoked in our hotel room. There were burn marks on the floor and it smelled of smoke and weed extremely strongly, even though the room was marked non smoking.
