The elevator was the worst. Tried to get off on 2 floor. Kept going up and down ,never to 2 floor. Had to get off on third walk down stairs. Tiny,hard to get cart off and on

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Shower and amenities were great. Very quiet. Easy to walk to the Arch, Wash Ave and the Ballpark Village.

It’s easy to walk to major sites, just have to be cautious at this end of downtown

The breakfast was good. The location was convenient to where we needed to be. The view was good.
Negatives:
Having to use the key card to operate the elevators was inconvenient and not properly explained. Getting into the parking garage was not properly explained. The beds were not very comfortable. The walls are thin. There was a family with young children next to us who were very loud. We were not able to sleep. The hotel convenience store is ridiculously overpriced. The vending machine by the pool was much more reasonably priced. There were no soda machines.
