Positives: The Very Best and Most Memorable Part of My Stay was my interactions with Ms. Natasha at the Front Desk. She was Simply a Delight! She gave good suggestions about restaurants to consider and activities for my group to partake in! She engaged with us as soon as we hit the door- making us feel Welcome and Super Special! She is a True Gem!
Negatives: Room Service Could have Been MUCH Better! I realize that it was supposed to happen every other day, BUT on the day we were supposed to have it- we did not get it. A gentleman did knock on the door at 9am, but we were not quite ready so I asked if he would come back to clean in ONE HOUR.He agreed and said he would. We left the room 45 mns later prepared to be gone for the day. When we returned that evening we expected a tidy room, made beds, fresh towels, etc. to No Avail. No One cleaned our room. I was Soo disappointed! That is the only thing that went wrong during our stay, but it was kind of Big to me. Im guessing that the room attendant simply forgot to return to our room after bypassing us. Whatever the reason, it was a total letdown.

Positives: Large, open lobby. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a play area downstairs with toys for children to play with. Plenty of towels were left in the room. Wonderful view of the arch. Safe walk at night to and from Enterprise Center.
Negatives: It was not explained during check-in that in order to ascend to your correct floor, you have to select the floor and then scan your key. We were not the only ones who were confused. It is a nice security feature! Just needs to be explained.
