Rooms were clean and comfortable. People were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
this place has hidden fees...My bank account went into the negatives because this place charges hidden parking fees. The pool did not accommodate little kids. My 5 year old could not touch anywhere in the pool only the steps. We felt like we were in the projects of Chicago and would not leave the hotel without out doors locked with the amount of people coming up to us at every corner asking for money. I would not stay here again.

Location on point. We had tickets to all 3 of the Cards vs Cubs games Memorial weekend. We walked back and forth to the stadium. Drove to Illinois to see the Cahokia Mounds, which I had never been to before. Walked through the Belfontaine Cemetery and Arboretum which was only a short drive from the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the ladies serving breakfast had such great energy.

Good location close to the arch and the stadium. Clean.
Negatives:
There is a 30 dollar parking fee. We had two vehicles and had to go inside to pay the fee prior to parking. Hotel receptionist was very unfriendly and immediately told me she was going to charge me $90 for two vehicles which included some kind of incidental fee. The fee was refundable but she didn’t tell me this and it was a frustrating experience. There is a free breakfast but my oatmeal had a large black ant in it. The hotel itself needs updated.
