Got an Arch View room on the 15th floor and it was awesome. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Within walking distance of eating, shopping and stuff to do. Natasha at the front desk was amazing!

Parking was secure. Breakfast provided a variety of choices for my family. My room and all common areas were very clean, welcoming, and decorated very nicely. Overall great experience and walking distance to other downtown attractions.
Negatives:
Front desk staff seemed confused. Tried to overcharge for snacks I purchased from hotel store. Questioned me about one of the key cards not working. Made me feel like I didn't know how to open a door with a key card.

Within walking distance from the Arch and the stadium. The parking on site was very easy gain access to. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free continental breakfast is good too.
Negatives:
The temperature in the lobby and the hallways of the rooms was very inconsistent. Sometimes quite warm and sometimes very cool.
