Check-in was easy, and the staff were excellent and friendly. The location was great, right next to the zoo and plenty of restaurants. The room and facilities were clean.
Negatives:
The breakfast was terrible. Also, the A/C goes out at night, and the room gets unbearably hot. You have to get up and set off the motion sensor, which makes for a terrible night's sleep.

The staff are always really nice when we stay at this property. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
On this visit, the AC was making a loud noise. However, they did move us to another room. Also, we were charged an extra $20 that we were not aware of until after we left. We still don’t know what it was for.
