Positives:
The room was large and seemed clean enough. Little bit of wear in the bathroom but not anything gross. Breakfast had good variety and changed up some each day. Hotel was overall very quiet and there was plenty of parking. Location was nice as it was only a few minutes from the zoo and from the Science Center- lots of food places also within a 10 minute drive.
Negatives:
Wish breakfast lasted a little longer during the weekday- it ran 6-9 which with our time change was a struggle to get the kids there that early. The pool is TINY and heavily chlorinated- there were 20 people in it one night which was not fun. Parking lot was spacious but kind of hard to walk up to- wish there was a path to walk up easier.

The staff was extremely friendly and very very helpful. We accidentally left our daughters baby blanket behind and when I called the hotel they were able to find it and they offered to hold on to it until this coming weekend when my parents will be in town. I loved that when you called the number it went straight to the front desk, no waiting on hold or talking to someone at a call center. The free breakfast was great.
Negatives:
I wish there was something online when booking about paying for parking overnight but I didnt mind because the lot was safe and secure for vehicles.

The best part of the property is how it is within walking distance to the zoo. There is also a wonderful cafe next door. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well, lots of variety to choose from.
Negatives:
The pool was small and crowded, the beds were not very comfortable, had to pay additional for parking, no microwave in the room.
