Positives:
Location is great with easy access to activities. Front desk staff is cheerful, friendly, and helpful.
Negatives:
There was no maid service for a 4 night stay. There is a sign in room that says every 2 days there would be light housekeeping, including fresh towels, empty garbage, bed made, etc. None of that happened. We had to request fresh towels be brought to the room ourselves and empty our own trash. There is no drawer storage for clothing other than 3 small pull-out shelves on the side of the TV stand (which I'm not even sure is intended for clothing). There's plenty of space in the room for a dresser (or two). These rooms are supposed to be suited for a family but feel nothing like a suite. Feels very standard hotel room with a bit of extra square footage. Unfortunately, none of that square footage is put to good use. The fitness center is very small with only 1 of each piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, peloton), 1 small bench with barely enough space to move it around and a "cable machine" that only had 2 handle attachments and was very dated. Most of the equipment was dirty. When wiped, it was black
