Walked blocks late at night...
Positives:
The location was perfect for our first visit to St. LOUIS. We had easy access to the metro- close to the Arch and Busch stadium. Your cleaning staff is exceptional! They provided us extra coffee and creamer upon request and very friendly!
Negatives:
I did not like that there was not any water bottle filling stations in the hotel. Having water bottle filling stations will help reduce plastic waste.

Our room was nice and comfortable.
Negatives:
We couldn't get in to check in due to all the construction to get our parking ticket. Therefore had to pay $30 to park in the garage so we could check in and then the hotel charged us $38 for parking. They said we wouldn't be charged the $30 and we were. So I paid $68 to park in a hotel that I already spent almost $300 to stay at.

The room size was great. The breakfast, we used the buffet and the food wasn’t the best. Luckily, there was huge bowls of cereal for the kids!
Negatives:
The vent in the bedroom came straight down on you and you couldn’t adjust it unless you simply turned it off. The view was a parking garage. Which is ok. We had to let the front desk know we were diamond members at check in.
They did bring us extra bedding upon request in a timely manner!
