Negatives: Stay there one night to catch early flight. Could not take a shower. The shower handle was frozen. No mini refrigerator. They want $15 additional. For this type of a hotel, that is ridiculous.

Positives: Absolutely the worst!! Went to my room, dirty. Yes they moved me to another room. Had to walk all the way to the front desk. Got to another room, had nasty tissue in the closet. Dealt with it. Had the worst problem with parking. Dealt with it 3 times.
Negatives: Had 6 charges on my debit card. Called to get them moved. Attempted to email HILTON AND NO NOTHING. CALLED BILLING NO RETURN CALLS. Left a bag, my mistake, house keeper stated they would investigate, yeah ok. NO RETURN CALL, NOTHING!!!
