The view of our room and the properties location in relation to where we wanted to go.
Negatives:
The room and halls where the rooms were dirty and dingy looking. The staff seemed annoyed overall during any interactions even though we kept our complaints to ourselves. The staff throughout the halls and elevators were much more pleasant than the front desk staff.

The hotel is close to the Busch stadium. The staff were all great!

We were placed in the “west tower.” It seemed outdated and the room was small. Also, the AC didn’t cool very well. Breakfast was “included” in our stay. If you are contemplating breakfast and do not have a voucher/coupon, go two blocks up to chili Mac and get the French toast.

The convenience of the hotel to the baseball park. The waitress in the bar was extremely friendly and was good at handling such a busy place by herself (along with the bartender)
Negatives:
The first room we received upon check in the blinds and the AC were broken. We immediately went downstairs and requested a new room - the staff didn't appear to be sorry about what we found - just moved us to a less pleasant room in a different tower with little to no words spoken. The second room we discovered a cockroach in the room. We were moved to a new room. This individual was extremely nice and mentioned something about us switching our breakfast voucher over to our new room. I explained to her that we had not received any breakfast vouchers upon check in and so she provided us with a $50 voucher - which was extremely nice of her. We have stayed in this hotel before and felt that the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel has gone down since our last stay two years ago.
