The location was the only good thing about Hilton at the ballpark.
Negatives:
The staff was rude, they didn't have a room ready at 8pm when we arrived, the room was dirty and the carpet was coming up and staples were poking us in the feet when walking to the bathroom. We had to lay a towel down just to walk through.

It is across the street from the stadium. Breakfast is good.
Negatives:
Old, out of date, carpets stained, fold out couch looked like a crime scene, smelled horrible, don’t know which smelled worse, the room itself or the people next door smoking pot and management did nothing. Wall paper coming off the wall, no microwave in room, I could go on for days. Not worth almost $500 a night.

The location was great. It was walking distance to the arch and the baseball stadium.
Negatives:
Upon getting to our room. There was no shower curtain. The floor had allot of crumbs and needed to be vacuumed. The shower head sprayed everywhere and the tub didn’t drain. There was no venting so after showering the smoke alarm would go off. The ac unit it was very loud and it was either too hot or too cold in the room no in between. There also wasn’t an ironing board and the iron messed up one of my shirts. There were gnats in our room as well. The staff did their best at fixing the issue but it wasn’t resolved. They wouldn’t move us to a new room.

Everything from the room to the pool as well as the rooftop restaurant and bar. Hotel is huge and we had a room on the 24th floor with the city view and the arch. It was amazing

Rooms were slightly smaller than I expected but were clean and comfortable. Every staff member we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. We were granted a late checkout so we could enjoy our visit to the Arch. Valet parking was great! The hotel was easy to get to, as well. Finally, the breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Location was great. Bed & pillows were comfy. The breakfast food was amazing!! Valet was fast & efficient. The digital key was new to me and took some getting used to, but I enjoyed skipping the lines and not keeping track of a key card.
Negatives:
My only complaint isn't really a complaint.... Just a heads up. If you use the digital key option, stop at the registration desk to get your breakfast card if it's included in your stay. The bistro market will charge you if you do not have it. It's not their fault, they don't know who has what included with their rooms.
