The valet staff were wonderful.

I ran into difficulties retrieving my baggage. The valet pickup is in the back of the hotel so if you're on the east tower of the hotel then the convenience is heavily diminished. There was water damage in the bathroom which I expect to not to deal with when paying a premium compares to the other hotels in the area

Room wasn’t clean. Recliner had blood stains on it. Bed spread had several spots and stains. Toilet mechanism wasn’t working properly and ran continuously. Shower water was straight hot water and not adjustable. When booking I clicked on stadium view but when booked the computer changed to city view and I couldn’t change it back. I paid for stadium view prices.

That we couldn’t get in room after the time was promised, asked for sheets to bed and said they would be brought up and never did. We had a suite and the thermostat was reading 76, even though set on 69. The girl at the front desk told me I could only have digital key to the room when I requested several keys to room for my family which she lied
