I called after checking out about a notebook that I left in the room. No one was able to check the room & get back to me. After the event I was in town for was done I drove back at 3:30pm that afternoon - not able to access lost & found room per desk.
Positives:
Location, secure underground parking, room had a nice courtyard & balcony.
Negatives:
Hotel under renovations, staff less than welcoming. Grab & Go Breakfast. Area was not appealing & no attendant on duty. VERY limited food selection.

This place was located in the heart of the medical district as well as the university the staff was excellent and knowledgeable I had a great night's sleep I will repeat this stay whenever I visit St. Louis.

Internet so weak I couldn't watch Netflix or play games. Only one luggage stand. The only Holiday Inn without a hot breakfast. The cold snacks had to be eaten in our room and the two small waste buckets overflowed. $16 extra for parking. Why not include ?

We really liked this small hotel in a terrific location- we will be back!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
A Lot of confusion over the reservation, they had a hard time finding the reservation. Also very surprise at the $15 charge to park in the hotel lot and an additional incident fee, that I was told would be refunded and never explained what the fee covered. Furthermore, while parked in their lot that I paid to park in, my car was entered and several items were stolen, I was told that because it was my personal property, it was not covered by the hotel and needed to make a police report, which I did, and then contact my insurance company. I was told that they would review the security tape and contact me with the findings. So far, I have not heard from them. Breakfast was just okay.
