We didn't get to stay here. While hubbs was inside trying to check in, a loitering man came from where he had been sitting on a wall in the gated parking area. He appeared at the driver side door. Upon seeing I was in our idling truck with air running, he turned and walked behind the truck and out the gate onto the sidewalk, where he paced the length of our truck several times. He then entered the gate in front of our truck and paced several times in front of our truck, this time on his cellphone. He then hung up, went back out the gate to the sidewalk by passenger's door, stopped by my door and motioned for me to come here. I looked away so he came back inside the gate behind our truck and paced around back there. I noticed a sign that read something to the effect, "Not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or belongings," which implies they have an issue in this regard. At that point I called my husband and told him I didn't feel safe here and asked to leave. This hotel said nothing to indicate this issue in their ad, which completely misrepresents this facility! We did not complete check-in or even get to see the room and the clerk told my husband despite the loitering individual circling our vehicle, we may not be refunded! Trying to reserve judgement on booking.com until I learn the outcome of this issue, but there's a bad taste rising in my mouth over this.

I liked that the property was close to the children’s hospital.
Negatives:
The breakfast area was very sub-par. The breakfast area was located in an old hotel room. They did offer breakfast sandwiches to heat up but only provided one microwave to use. There was a line at every station and didn’t have time to wait. The area was so small. I would definitely not go to this location again because of that. Also there was a $15 a day parking fee that was never disclosed when booking.
