Didnt have the room we booked so had a smaller room but did not refund the 100 dollars a night difference because we booked through booking and not directly. Elevator was broken

I don’t like all the hidden fees. It starts as $155, then somehow winds up $197 after taxes and fees. Then I’m charged an additional $30 when I arrive for “incidentals”. So the room winds up being 50% more than what is actually advertised
In addition, parking at the facility is a nightmare. There aren’t enough parking spaces for every room they book and you might not get a spot as they clearly overbooked for what their property has space for
