The breakfast was not good and the milk
Was hot. The beds were very hard and we asked housekeeping to come clean two days and they never came. We had to go get our own towels. We also didn’t know we had to pay $45 day for valet parking and didn’t want to park on the street.

Booking charged me for the room & so did the hotel. When I call the hotel, they said Booking is to give me a refund & when I call Booking, they said the hotel is supposed to give me a refund. Essentially, I paid $300 for one night, but technically I was only supposed to pay the $115 that was it.

That hotel was hard to find no visible signs to know where it was and not enough hotel parking for the price of stay.
Breakfast was good just got down an hour later after it started and not much left to chose from.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the menu changed daily. There is a burlesque theater just down the street.

The desk was strange and not very useful. The television was in a weird position relative to the bed and couch.

Walk to Busch Stadium was easy with kids and strollers. Connecting rooms were perfect. Bed and sleeper sofa along with kitchen amenities were perfect.
Negatives:
Paid for valet parking and when we went to check out and leave… valet retrieval of the car took FOREVER and we were late to a meal with family.
