Positives:
I love the location, the room itself, the pool, the bar and the restaurant!
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I stayed there for 5 days and I requested someone to clean the room and no one came to clean the whole 5 days I was there. We had to sleep with piled dishes and old food sitting. No one brought clean towels or bedding. The Valet had horrible communication. Valet took over 20 mins to bring my vehicle. I also have a new fresh scratch on the front and back passenger side of the car. I really need to look into that. I don’t remember these damages on my car before this trip. Last but not least we requested a well done steak and it was super pink so it could not be eaten.

Positives:
Great property and convenient location. Super friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool and fitness area.
Negatives:
Biggest downside was the TV was 10+ years old our cable access only. It didn’t connect to any apps like Netflix, Disney, etc.

Staff. We reached late night, person at the front desk was rude, condescending and trying to avoid us. He was not clear about the valet. The pricey valet came w/complimentary charging, did not charge our car. On the second night we had to ask 5 times

Breakfast was good, I liked they bring it directly to my room, dinner was just ok they messed up my burger I wanted it well done but it was pink on the inside. They messed it up two times time, and no microwave those are my only complaints

Positives:
Very large standard room. Lots of light. Huge bathroom with shower, soaking tub, tv in the mirror, and bidet. Friendly staff. Great location a few blocks from the larger hotel hosting a conference I attended. The rate was better than the "conference rate" offered at the other hotel If I return to St. Louis, I'll be back.

A great place to stay.
Positives:
The hotel and room were wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we asked about. The room was huge (king bed, desk, arm chair and bench with room ro still do floor exercises. ) bathroom was the size of a small bedroom. Quiet. And never heard anything outside the room. AND there was a record player and a few records!
Negatives:
Windows throughout the property could use washing but everything else sparkled. The business center could most definitely use a new printer.
