Friendly staff, lots of dining options in the building. Staff noticed my use of arm crutches and moved our room close to elevators.
Negatives:
At one point our 4 elevator bank was down to 1 elevator and most times only 2 working elevators. The beds were hard as rocks and our request for any kind of mattress topper was denied.

It was close to the Arch and the ballpark. Samantha and Tunisia (overnight front desk) were amazing. Only ones willing to help or listen. Oak in the restaurant was wonderful.
Negatives:
The rooms are dirty with stained sheets, rust in tub, clogged drain leaving behind dirt and soot. Mold on shower curtain. Dirty floors. When I told front desk she did nothing. I asked for the upcharge to my room (because of Arch view) to be removed because it was right next to the freeway and the loudness of the cars kept me up all night I was denied. She had zero sympathy.
