Downtown location does not seem to be very safe. $36 parking fee out of nowhere, and the front desk scares you out of leaving your car parked at the street. Staff is not always really nice. Breakfast was subpar, and so was the service at breakfast.

The valet was disorganized when retrieving our car. They did not have the procedure visible and guests were confused. It took a really long time to get our car to leave. There wasn’t a different option for parking.

Location is the BEST for the arch, can't get much closer. <5 min walk to arch. Location is excellent for watching baseball game and many restaurants including Starbucks and other great restaurants in the hotel.
