Downtown location does not seem to be very safe. $36 parking fee out of nowhere, and the front desk scares you out of leaving your car parked at the street. Staff is not always really nice. Breakfast was subpar, and so was the service at breakfast.

Location is the BEST for the arch, can't get much closer. <5 min walk to arch. Location is excellent for watching baseball game and many restaurants including Starbucks and other great restaurants in the hotel.

Hotel parking was difficult for guests in the evening likely due to baseball games.

Two of the four elevators didn't work, and the two that did work correctly, you had to wait forever. Walks are very thin, and we were kept up by noise in the hallways and the people next door that were up partying all night.

Location great. breakfast restaurant very good. Brewhouse food mediocre. Steak restaurant good. Staff nice. Rooms clean and well kept
Negatives:
2 out of 4 elevators we had to use where "Out of Oder. Other two had issues. Wouldn't close , start beeping. Long wait would finally close doors when it was ready, could be a few minutes. When brought to management's attention, they didn't seem concerned.
We actually had to walk down 14 flights of stairs, when we couldn't get a elevator after a 15 minute wait.

The parking was a disaster. We were there for the Pink concert and the hotel did not seem to be able to handle all the people. Parking was a mess with long lines and wait times, and staff that didn’t seem interested in helping. Also there was a broken elevator and while the lobby was filled with people waiting, the “working” elevator didn’t stop on certain floors.
