Exceptional
Positives:
The customer service was excellent. I spoke to several employees over the phone and they were all lovely and helpful. They were also great to my family on site. The server, Ellis, was awesome, efficient and attentive. Food was AMAZING! Everything was delicious and the staff was great!! Very good experience as far as that's concerned, we will be back!
Negatives:
View was great, but my family had to move rooms because the sheets were stained, the refrigerator didn't work and neither did the phone. Once we were moved, the view wasn't as good, but that was the best they could do at such a late hour, and the phone still didn't work in the new room, but the room was clean. The customer service however was excellent, so I am very grateful for that and they did offer and followed through on breakfast vouchers and everything went great!

How they didn’t accommodate the room request we had. The rooms were not what I was expecting. The front desk went to charge me $30 to rent a microwave when I just had to warm up one meal which I think is ridiculous because I stayed at the same hotel in Chicago and I did not have that issue.
