I cannot answer these question. Had a reservation paid in full prior to arrival and when I arrived at 12 noon, I was informed that they had no room. Desk clerk was not helpful at all. I told him that i paid in full and showed him my paper work from bookings .com and he said, "we have no room." i asked for a refund and he said that he could not give it to me. I had to contact bookings.com. I asked if he knew of a motel that was close to this area and he said no. This is the first time that the clerk in a motel did not suggest or call another motel to see if they had a room. I was very upset. Took awhile, but I finally found another place to stay.

First room the air didn't work. Second room we had to walk through several buildings to get to our room. If I had been by myself this would have not felt the most safe.

The lighting was not good. Only one of the kitchen lights worked partially and the overhead lighting between the kitchen and the rest of the rooms had a very rapidly blinking light.....could send some people into a seizure.
