They were not at front desk on check in, waited nearly an hour. Charged a $50 deposit and added tax to that charge. At check out, said deposit would be returned in two-three days. Credit card deposit charges have not been returned, per credit card company. Booking.com needs to obtain my deposit charge refund! This business is highly questionable and has the appearance of doing illegal scam or other activities. Highly suspect, I think the authorities should investigate all transactions this business conducts!
