the size of the studio- it was comfortable

the breakfast was full of unhealthy options- I do not eat meat and I would appreciate more fruits, cheese or vegetables instead of bacon and pork sausages which are extremely unhealthy options. The breakfast included only options full of fat and sugar. I had break fast only once and then I decided to buy my own yogurt and have breakfast in my room.
The facilities were not clean. I found dirty socks in the patio and the chairs in the patio smelt marijuana and they were dirty. The swimming pool seemed dirty too. The lobby was always noisy and felt more like a homeless shelter than a lobby hotel. The location also was not great for people who do not have a car.

Seriously, $18.90 for parking?? It’s not even a garage. It’s an open lot. Ridiculous extra charge.
There were 4 of us, but we only got 1 welcome bag. The couple ahead of us got 2 bags (1 per person). This was an obvious inconsistency. When I asked the front desk about it, the lady was quite rude and also dishonest. She said there would be free extra water bottles in our room. Nope. Nothing.

Pool chemicals kept everyone from swimming the night we stayed. Having young kids the pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Very disappointing. The front desk lady said she would let maintenance know but seemed unconcerned.
