Staff incompetence. The hotel charged me three times and now I have to work with my bank to return my money. I wrote to the manager and asked for the help but had no answer.

The room was ok, however...
Positives:
I liked the location but the hotel should have a shuttle at night to pick up guest at the airport since the airport was so close to the hotel.
Negatives:
I did not like that I had multiple charges to my credit card but eventually the hotel charged me the right amount. I did not like that they did not have a shuttle running at night to pick up guest at the airport which was near by ( less than 2 miles).

The room was very dirty. As if they hadn’t cleaned it the last few stays. Food all over the carpet, bathroom floor and entry floor not swept , hair in the sheets of the beds, trashcan was not emptied.
When trying to check in the front desk lady was outside talking to a friend for ever minutes until asked for assistance .
When trying to check out no one was at the desk and by 730 am there was no breakfast left
