Negatives: The outside grounds needed cut, and cleaned up. .

Negatives: We arrived at 320 We were there just for the night for the following in reverse concert and to have a good breakfast for Sunday morning. Drive back to Kansas City That Didn'T Happen, because the staff blatantly lied to us, telling us they had biscuits and gravy's waffle. Eggs, sausage and bacon, cereals, juices and stuff and toast for everybody in the family to chose from. Breakfast was 6-10am check out 11am. We went down at 6am no breakfast txlked to guests guest before said there was no breakfast, guess that had stayed the night before said it was the same way on friday morning and saturday morning. The whole time we were there from six until approximately 8:30am when we went back upstairs, we saw no employees. No one at the front desk. Looked in the kitchen. And they had a big erase board, stating there will be no hot breakfast. We are out of inventory but that was for the employees only they didn't bother to tell the guest at all They knew about it, instead lied about it to the guests When they were checking in. If we would have known about this, we would have went somewhere else for the amount of money that we paid to stay there, which was a $123 and some tax plus a $50 deposit that was to be refunded the next morning. They lied about that, too. There was a party that went on till after 4am saturday What's the loudest music ever. We were offered illicit things from some gentleman. That was at the door that would was there at the time we checked in, and again when we came back from the concert was still at the front door offering things? They offered only 4 handicapped parking spots. Which were all full with non handicapped permits or tags, when I told them about it, but they said there was nothing they could do i said have him towed. Then told me, I had to move where I was parked at. They have only one entrance into the building. So you have to walk from one end of the building, all the way to the front every other door there's locked.

Negatives: Ice machine was broken and tap water in sink didn't get cold

Negatives: The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The waffle machine was not plugged up, they had semi stale croissants, cereal (no milk), apples, and peanut butter packs. There were no juice options, only water, and was just very disappointing. The display appeared as if they would have many options including muffins and donuts but they didn’t.

Negatives: nasty. when i arrived there was lace underwear in the bathroom and trash can.

Negatives: Smelled like the skunk weed through the whole building. Staff came to our room after 10:30 questioning why we canceled on Expedia when we didn’t even book through Expedia and paid up front at the time of check in really weird situation. Room had hair all over the bathroom. Not the cleanest lobby, halls, and one elevator that worked.

Negatives: I would recommend keeping the Strategy of Supply and Demand for Breakfast, before the 8am a lot of Food isn't eaten, so sadly it gets cold. But after 8am it runs out and there is Nothing Left.
