Positives:
I like that we didn’t have to travel together o get something to eat. I loved Landry’s and their hostess was phenomenal! We had a very quiet floor and great breakfast in the morning!
Negatives:
The front desk had a rude and arrogant person working there! He acted like we were bothering him by asking legit questions! We had an Uber driver from hell that drove us to the mall going 110 mph on two wheels! Geeze!

When we first arrived, it was a bit chaotic because we weren't sure where to go. But in no time, our hero Kirk met us with a dolly to unload our baggage, got us thru registration and into our room in no time. This hotel is beautiful, with historic architecture. It is huge and takes a bit to learn your way around, but so worth it! So many activities on the property, such as the big ferris wheel, mini golf, light shows inside and out and the aquarium. Several good restaurants too. Staff were all amazing and did a fantastic job!

It was a beautiful historical building

There were several resturants that were closed for private parties. This hotel caters to large conventions and not individual. A person knocked on my door saying they were from maintenance and said they didn't know if the room was occupided. He told me he was through a contract company and than left. There was blood splatter on the walls, the phone didn't work for room service. And the watiress was rude, when I asked if they had mint tea she stated in a frustrated voice "I don't know. I don't know anything about tea" When I asked about a restaurant I was sent to several that were closed for private parties and had to go out of the hotel.

We came in from the backside of the hotel and couldn't get in because we hadn't checked in yet and had to walk a lenghthy distance to get in.
