The aesthetic. Continental breakfast was quite a bit above average
Negatives:
There were ants on the desk in the morning. Didn?t have any food in the room but there was a panel of stained glass that was popped out on one of the windows.
Positives:
The Cheshire Inn is incomparable! It's funky and charming. Everyone seems to be having a good time, whether working jigsaw puzzles by the fire or playing chess on the terrace, or grabbing a pint and a bit at the Fox & Hounds. The staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
Our mattress definitely had seen better days and needed to be replaced.

Great location, quaint atmosphere, friendly staff, free parking
Negatives:
The room we stayed in needed a good detailing. The baseboards, door trim and corners in the bathroom were very dirty. The room was dusty and the vents were dirty.

Nothing. I didnt like it.

It was filthy. Pictures on site are NOT accurate.

It's a unique and fun hotel, but not ostentatious. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff, and a decent breakfast. There was security in the garage, which is reassuring for the area, and an actual Starbucks on site.
Negatives:
The A/C in the room was not quiet, and there was a bit more noise from the hallway or other rooms than you might experience in some hotels. If you were a very light sleeper, this might bother you.

Everyone is friendly and it has such a cozy atmosphere. Its also close to Barnes.

They need a comforter or blanket. The sheets are not enough to keep you warm.

The room was supposed to be a royal room but it was exactly the same as the regular room I stayed in last time.

The ambiance an character of the hotel was wonderful. We especially liked the wood burning fireplace, but it wasn't lit over the weekend.

The bathroom needed attention in our room. The wall tile grout and the floor tile grout needed a thorough cleaning.
