Positives:
Lovely rooftop pool and views. A quiet hotel with comfortable bed and nice furnishings.
Negatives:
The surrounding area is not great, but venturing out nearby felt safer and cleaner. Dog owners/walkers in the area don’t feel the need to pick up after their pets. Excessive waste on sidewalks and in green spaces. Restaurant and both bars in the hotel don’t appear to be open.

This is one of the only places with a roof top pool which is why we were drawn to it. The aesthetics is unique than other major hotel chains.
Negatives:
There are a number of things we didn’t like about this property. It seemed extremely understaffed. We actually found dead (bed) bugs under the covers and we got changed to a different room. Though the room changing process was seamless, we never got an apology or upgrade or anything, but we were happy than the second room was free of bugs. Our bed comforter was missing a cover. Also I feel like theres’s also a smell for being inside an old building. Pool has a very nice view but the towels were empty and we waited hours before they were replenished. Also, the roof top bar and restaurant were closed, probably due to understaffing.

I love this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. The valet remembered my name from a previous stay which was nice.

Staffing was limited. One of the elevators was not working which made it slow going in and out. I felt prices should have been less since the bar and restaurant were still not open. The pool was very dirty

We liked the hotel and its location. It worked for us for a one night stopover. It is next door to the City Museum which is an incredible playground for children and adults. Also has a museum of artifacts from buildings and other things.
Negatives:
Can't say we didn't like anything. WHen we were there the hotel was in transition so its restaurant and poolside bar were not operating. That would have been nice.
