Orlando the valet was amazing and was the best part of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

We heard 9-10 gunshots in rapid succession in the middle of the night, but no sirens followed, which is quite disturbing. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Our room keys kept messing up, causing the elevator not to work and we couldn’t get in our room. Had to go to the front desk 3 different times to get them re-keyed. They seemed annoyed. Restaraunt and bar were closed. No vending machines or ice on any of the floors. Had to go downstairs to get anything.

Room was not serviced over our two night stay
During the second night, there were motorcycles and cars doing drag races up and down the street beside us from 12 midnight to 4am!
The area doesn’t feel safe!
