The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location

The first room we went into the blinds were laying on the floor. They moved us and staff was nice about it. Next room was freezing cold and we couldn’t get the temperature to rise no matter what we had it set to, the bathroom was disgusting the toilet had stains in the the shower was yellow and the shampoo bottles and lotion were already half empty.

Last time we stayed here it was great. Not sure what changed. Breakfast is mediocre at the very best btw.
Negatives:
Our room was double booked and then they struggled to figure out what happened. We walked into our room with people already in it. Once we figured that out, the room we were in, the air conditioning didn’t work. We could only get it down to 79 degrees. Then, when I was trying to sleep, the lamp made a clicking noise all damn night and kept me up pretty much the entire time. Lamp wasn’t even on. Just a very strange trip.

The service staff for dining and bar area was awful! We waited a long time to get drinks during happy hour because the bartender was unsure where everything was, the wine glasses were all dirty, so he had to clean them and that took extra long, and he seemed very disgruntled about his job. The next day we came down for breakfast that we paid extra for, and there was NO staff to seat us, and the other people who had been seated were not being served at all. We stood there waiting for someone to help us for over 10 minutes. So we left and never ate breakfast there, even though there was the upcharge for it. And the charge for valet was ridiculous! $50 per day???
