I like converted buildings, spacious common areas, soaring ceilings and unique guest rooms. Ryan the manager on duty, was excellent. Every request I had he was able to assist me. Baseball tickets, dining options, extended stay. The staff were attentive and most courteous.
Negatives:
The room was fine but the elevators could have been cleaned as well as the snack bar/gift shop. I realize these are high traffic areas but extra attention would have made a difference.

The lobby looks nice and smell good.

The room is old. The bed is not that comfortable. The shower drain is clogged even I didn’t wash my hair and shower just for 2 minutes. It was flooded all over the bathroom. My husband asked for water and no one offered us. Normally every hotel would offer 2 free bottles of water, but Hilton in this area gives us nothing. We don’t have a good experience and not worth the money to stay at this hotel.

Walked blocks late at night...
Positives:
The location was perfect for our first visit to St. LOUIS. We had easy access to the metro- close to the Arch and Busch stadium. Your cleaning staff is exceptional! They provided us extra coffee and creamer upon request and very friendly!
Negatives:
I did not like that there was not any water bottle filling stations in the hotel. Having water bottle filling stations will help reduce plastic waste.

We couldn't get in to check in due to all the construction to get our parking ticket. Therefore had to pay $30 to park in the garage so we could check in and then the hotel charged us $38 for parking. They said we wouldn't be charged the $30 and we were. So I paid $68 to park in a hotel that I already spent almost $300 to stay at.
