We ordered a roll away bed for our stay. It was not in our room when we arrived. When we asked the front desk, they told us it was on the way up now, so we went on to our game. When we got back to our room at midnight, there was still no bed. I went to the front desk again and she said there were none available and handed me a blanket.

Great location if attending a...
Positives:
The staff at the front counter were so friendly and positive. They treated me like an old friend. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they upgraded our room, covered our parking cost, and had champagne and chocolate waiting for us in our suite. We felt very appreciated as customers, and I highly recommend the hotel!
Negatives:
The only issue is that the exterior door to the wing our room was located in seemed to not latch properly, creating a potential security issue.

Staff was not helpful at all. They did not answer the phones when calling the front desk. When they did they kept you on hold so long I could not wait longer. Could not get anyone to bring towels or extra toiletries or towels.
