The bedding was extremely comfortable.

There wasn’t a single working outlet near the bed. The tv didn’t work and neither did the phone or I would have called the front desk about the issue. Also checking in after a long day of travel was just a mess. Didn’t have a room available, didn’t give any sort of direction, and I wasn’t even sure where to park or how parking worked. Just overall disappointed.

The layout is like a labyrinth and the elevator didn't work and we had to walk and walk to find another elevator. We had a king suite and the bar across the street played loud music into the early morning.

Handicap "accessible" room had hand rails and a built in shower bench in the bathroom, but impossible to exit the room in a wheelchair without assistance. There was no catch to slow the door from shutting quickly and no way to get back enough to open it
