Negatives:
Staff wasn't welcoming upon arrival. I stood in front of the lady at the front desk while she finished her conversation with her coworker. She didn't say hi, hello, or anything. She only asked for my name and was not friendly at all. The front desk staff also do not dress like they are employees of the hotel. They look like they're about to go out to the club right after work.
