Positives:
The room was not clean. There was dust on the the window seals. The carpet had big stained spots in it. The air conditioning stopped working and we had to changed hotel to a different one in the middle of the night. However, the great experience we encounter was the front desk clerk. He was very understanding and accommodating to the situation. We got a refund and he assisted in contacting another hotel for a room in the middle of the night. The service and the respect from the worker was tremendous. It really made up for the lack there of in other areas. But I will never stay there again and suggested to anyone.
Negatives:
Clean room...the overall presentation was not good. Now a days when you go to a suite or a hotel you aspect a clean room and a comfortable bed. They had to be the cheapest bed you find at a garage sale. Hard and uncomfortable.
