I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff not once came to change out our towels the time we were there nor did they clean the room. I found roaches in our room and also had no hot water but yet want to get charged a deposit for having my daughters car there while she was trying to get her pass to have car on base

Location. Staff was friendly, and attentive . The coffee machine for breakfast was not working and they made coffee for us in their kitchen. Very pleasant lady.
Negatives:
Breakfast options were scarce. No pancakes or waffles. Boiled eggs were already in the fridge the night we arrived.

The rooms were nice. The location was pretty good for what you needed as far as restaurants and there was a Walmart close by. The Manager waived my deposit.
Negatives:
The breakfast was okay. It could have been better. The potatoes and eggs didn't look appetizing. The sausage was good. There could have been a better selection like waffles and pancakes. Maybe some bacon and scrambled eggs. The TV kept freezing up and one of the drawers wouldn't close on the dresser.

The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean. Just like we were expecting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The time period to eat their breakfast is very short. It is only 2 hours and when you're on vacation you don't want to have to set an alarm to wake up early to go eat. Also the pool was closed, which didn't affect us, but as hot as it was I am sure other folks might have enjoyed it.

There was no power and they had no idea as to why, stated would be on in 15 min so we went got food came back and still no power, they got us set up in a new hotel but then woke us at 12 am wanting to run my card for rooms I already paid for, the new location one of our rooms the AC unit didn’t blow cold, and there was no breakfast that was main reason I paid so much for rooms we only plan to be in for 6 hrs of sleep
