Very good
Positives:
The elevator worked well. Our floor was quiet most of the time. We had trees outside our window. There is a nice windowseat. The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast room was well tended.
Negatives:
The room was very small. Our refrigerator didn't have a freezer and made noises sporadically that interrupted my sleep. Room floors could have been cleaner. Tub needs adhesive slip resistance added.

We have a very nice...
Positives:
The hot breakfast was amazing, bacon, scrambled eggs, and there's a Mexican restaurant within1 minute walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was very clean in general and all the staff very friendly. This shows up as a 2-star hotel in the searches, but honestly this is a 4-star hotel in my opinion (and I've stayed in all kinds of hotels before).
