Not overly clean. Hair on shower walls, dirty mirror, some sticky substance on microwave and desk. Smelled very musty but the staff was nice and it was good enough to get off the road to rest for a bit

Room had good layout for a wheelchair . Property was quiet.
Negatives:
Handicap accessible room had bed 6 inches taller than wheelchair seat which makes it difficult and scary for a paraplegic to get into it. Beds in a wheelchair room need to be about 20 inches tall. Handicap room was on second floor far from elevator which is not good in case of fire.

NO breakfast after saying on line they have a full HOT breakfast. Has had NO breakfast since covid. NO coffee and clerk did NOT know how to make coffee. Stunningly crazy

They were having us pay a $100 deposit in cash that we didn't have. If we paid it on a card then we wouldn't get it back for 7 days. So we cancelled our stay and went somewhere else. We will not be recommending this place.

You said in your website that there was continental breakfast. But there was no continental breakfast just coffee, orange juice and a granola bar. When I asked the clerk about this, they said it wasnt their problem I would like someone from booking.com to call me and explain this to me my number is 605-940-3795 if you choose not to call me back and explain the situation to me I will take further action with marketing.
