Positives: That they had breakfast bar, nothing worth talking about
Negatives: Hotel smelled as soon as you walked in! Even the rooms and linens smelled! Could hear people talking in other rooms. Very dirty floors didnt even want to walk in room, could see dirt and crumbs! Hotel needs revamp. Wouldnt stay there again

Positives: Great Location. Morning staff was very helpful. But evening staff got very defensive when he refused my pre-paid credit card for the deposit, although I reserved the room with that card. He said he was just doing his job. Thank God I had another card.
Negatives: Reserved room with pre-paid credit card. Drove 5 hrs. Then told they wouldn't accept that credit card for deposit because it didn't have my name on it! If I hadn't had another card, it would have been disastrous! And the room smelled like old wet socks.

Negatives: Room cleanup was fair. No tissues, no ironing board. I asked the front desk to have the tissues replenished when they do up the room but they did not. Had to ask again. When I asked for an iron and ironing board they only had tabletop half board.
