Negatives: The wife and I thought the carpet was extremely dirty and stained and the room smelled musty. There are multiple lights out in the room. The bathroom sink drain was not working. The wife put a straw in the drain so the sink would drain. The facility seemed outdated and did not appear as the web page illustrated.

Negatives: I booked a suite that said it was pet friendly. But when I got there they said it wasn't! So they down graded me with a room with two small beds so I couldn't even sleep with my partner and I didn't get the hot tub I paid for. On top of all this they charged me for the suite anyway!
