Negatives: Room maintenance is lacking and there were several areas not touched in cleaning for some time.

Negatives: You cannot check out before 10 am (at least on sunday)

Negatives: I have stayed at many extended stays in the past and they all had basic kitchen items such as cups, plates, etc; this one had NOTHING, I ran to the store and bought some. I did not bring any with me since I thought I would not need any, otherwise, OK

Negatives: I did not like that there were absolutely no immenities. When I say none, that is absolutely true. One bar of soap and toilet paper were the only immenities. We were thankful for those. The photo of the hotel in the listing is very misleading. There is no nice entry way or awning. It does not appear as a hotel at all. You enter a door with a small foyer with the clerk behind glass. Very simple and not appealing. There is no ice, no coffee maker, no tissues, no curtains (just a blind), a tiny, tiny bathroom vanity, no hair dryer (I left mine at home because hotels always have them), and no mirror other than in the bathroom. There were ice trays in the refrigerator freezer, but they were disgusting, so I had to buy something to freeze ice in for our drinks.

Negatives: The hallways smelled like animals because there were several dogs staying on my floor. My room smelled slightly better but it had clearly just been covered up with strong air spray. THERE WERE MANY BUGS. After seeing multiple kinds of dead and moving bugs I went to the front desk and told them I would be leaving. People gotta do what they gotta do, but extended stay is not for the occasional business traveler

Negatives: The door had no thresholds with about 1 1/2 inch gap at bottom of door. All the noise in the hall People talking and slamming doors was if people were in room.

Negatives: The accommodations were subpar, best. Have stayed at the other property in Springfield and it was much nicer. Also, once I got home I looked at the charge made by the hotel and it was $20 more than the amount I was given upon booking. I didnt notice at the time or would have said something. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrific. I felt like it might tear my skin off. Could not lower the pressure and could not stand it for more than a couple minutes. Also, the AC unit would not stay on, no matter what I did. High, low, and auto did the same thing. For a 100 degree day, this was not the best place to stay. I ended up leaving after the first night of my two night stay. However, I did not ask for a refund because I felt I got what I initially thought I paid for. Again, I can only say nice things about the staffbut if you are looking for something even quasi-comfortable, do not stay here.

Negatives: A little noisy, some guests down the hall, but in passing on my way to run and pick up my door dash, they were just having fun and were polite, so thats not really a dislike.
