Between Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: There was dirty clothes from previous guest still there. Bathroom sink has dirt on it. No coffee pot in room, no dishes for kitchenette, they didn't tell me until after I paid that they didn't do breakfast anymore as advertised......cigarette burns on the sink and counter tops

Negatives: There was no toilet paper, no soap or anything for us, we booked for 3 adults, only had towels/wash clothes for 2. Fan on AC wouldn't stay running. Could hear people constantly yelling, some of the lights didn't work.
