Positives: The staff were very personable and efficient. They were quick to respond to every request. The room was roomy and comfortable as was the bed. Great experience!
Negatives: The one thing I did not like, Hampton Inn could not help. I did not like the city of Springfield, MO. The wildlife drive through was a disappointment and so was the Wilson Creek Battlefield.
