Negatives: The front desk and manager were both incompetent and rude after they failed to deliver the gift baskets to our guest who were traveling and staying. The baskets that were supposed to welcome them set for five days before someone decided to look up the name and see who they belong to even though there was a card with three names on the front that could've easily been looked up on day one. When I came in to pick up the baskets they were trying to say that they had done a favor by calling me since the baskets were still there, and took zero responsibility for their negligence and incompetence. We will not be sending our guests to them ever again.

Positives: Very clean hotel, the staff for check-in were very friendly we stayed at the same Homewood Suites the night before in Tulsa Oklahoma and both were great. They had hot breakfast which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend both of these hotels. Looking forward to coming back to Springfield to visit I know exactly where we will stay.
