Negatives: Bed was not comfortable

Negatives: Towels were stained and small, tub was not cleaned, just dried with a rag. Freezer in refrigerator was totally frozen solid with ice. I couldn't use it. Toilet did not stop running after flushed.

Negatives: See above. The check in desk is a customers first impression, and this one was bad!

Negatives: Wish they served breakfast.

Negatives: Dirty and bed sank in, lights didn’t work either as did plugs. Loud

Negatives: ice bucket lid was filthy sink drained slow shower curtain rod was about to fall towels we're way past the point of needing replaced was only given 1 key card too late at night for me to bother getting another one

Negatives: once we arrived we found out that the upgrade we made and paid for in order to get a larger room could not be accommodated because they had no larger rooms. or so we were told. not they didn't have any available but they didn't have any the size that was promised online. second we got into our room started to put things away and settle in and noticed hair and spots that looked a lot like urine on the sheets. there was dirt and hair in the sink and bathtub. the room just was not clean and upon relaying this to the lady at the front desk we were just met with a Blank Stare. there was a woman and her son staying there that was going in and out of the laundry room which our room happened to be next to. I'm quite sure they didn't work there but proceeded to take things in and out of that laundry room. we weren't offered another room or even made an offer for someone to come in and change the sheets or clean the sink and tub which I ended up cleaning myself with cleaning supplies I purchased the next day. when we did try to get clean sheets and towels from the laundry room which was next door to our room we were met with a very nasty attitude from the front desk clerk. She kept asking my sister if she asked her for permission to get the sheets with the nastiest attitude. instead of saying ma'am if you give me a moment I could give you what you need and apologize for the dirty room. instead she continued to raise her voice at my sister and chastise her like she was a 10-year-old. just the night before when we arrived, I had asked her to change our room. we told her that it was dirty but she did nothing about it and then she copped an attitude when we tried to get clean sheets and towels for ourselves. there were people loitering around the front of the building that did not work there or have a room there. it felt very unsafe.
