Positives:
Breakfast and location were great but we were dissapointed with parking fee's now and the table wasn't excatly clean and no liners in trash cans and only 2 wash clothes. It just didn't seem as good as in the past and we will probably stay elswhere the next time we are in Springfield.

The noise level in the room was ridiculous. You could hear the elevator, other doors opening. The air handler for the air conditioning is in the bed room so it was too sleep with all the noise and vibration,everytime someone in the building used water you could hear it in the pipes running thru the walls. Would never recommend.

The alarm on the clock in our room I guess was previously set. It ended up going off and waking us up at 12 am and 4 am. Which wasn’t fun especially with a 2 year old. Our bedroom door also wouldn’t shut, the latch wouldn’t click.

Got switched to another room that was not as good as the one I paid for. Room had several things wrong with it. I was not compensated for the inconveniences. Sliding door did not have a lock mechanism, just had a pole preventing someone from entering the room.
